Currently Shipping to Australia and NZ - contact us directly for postage costs to other countries.

Delivery, postage & packaging

All orders sent by courier, usually 2-3 days. You’ll receive a tracking link and updates via email from Go Sweet Spot. If we anticipate any delay, we’ll let you know. Allow extra time around statutory holidays.

All books packed in recyclable, sturdy cardboard packaging or recycled courier packs and boxes. 

New Zealand

Urban orders over $200	Free delivery
Urban orders under $200	$7.95
Rural delivery	$13.25

We’ve capped our P&P rates at our A4 satchel rate of $7.95* no matter how many books you order or their size. Smaller books, such as paperback novels, go in an A5 satchel for $5.50.

* Rural delivery extra (sorry, guys, but we on-charge at cost).
* We reserve the right to negotiate delivery fees for non-standard orders. ie. volumes over 5kgs.

Overseas orders

I want to my order sent to a country other than New Zealand but can’t do that during the checkout process.
Please contact us for a quote to send your books overseas.

I am overseas and I want to order a book to be delivered in New Zealand. 
We’re happy to help! Simply enter your non-New Zealand address details in the ‘billing address’ fields then scroll down to tick the box beside ‘deliver to a different address?’ Then you can enter a delivery address in New Zealand for your recipient. Contact us if you need a hand.
